I forgot my password. What now?
Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. A verification code is sent to your registered phone number.
How long until GCent arrives?
Usually under 2 minutes. If nothing arrives after 15 minutes, check Top-up history and contact support with the order code.
Can GCent be converted back to cash?
No. GCent and virtual items are usable only within GameHub.
Why do you need my citizen ID?
It is required by Decree 147/2024/ND-CP for player identification and under-18 protection. The number is encrypted at rest and never shown in full in the interface.
How do I change my phone number?
Go to Account, Security tab. You need your current password and an OTP sent to the NEW number.
Would GameHub staff ever ask for my password?
NEVER. We never ask for your password or OTP through any channel. Any such request is a scam.
