1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This English text is provided for convenience. The Vietnamese version is the legally binding one; in case of any discrepancy, the Vietnamese text prevails.

GameHub is an online game publishing platform in Vietnam. It provides one shared account portal for the whole catalogue, a centralised GCent top-up system, and a player support team.

Rather than a separate account and payment flow per title, players need only one GameHub Account to sign in and top up across everything we publish.

Current products

MU Online — a massively multiplayer online role-playing game recreating the continent of MU with its character system, boss hunts and Castle Siege. The age rating and content approval decision number are published on the game information page.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

GameHub account portal: registration, sign-in, phone verification by OTP, profile and security management;
GCent top-up system: into a shared wallet or directly to a game server, with a searchable transaction history;
Support Centre: requests by game and server cluster, hotline and live chat during working hours;
News and events page: maintenance schedules, content updates, promotions;
Electronic invoices issued on request at the top-up step.

3. PAYMENT POLICY

GCent is the conventional unit used inside GameHub. The conversion rate is published on the Top-up page and may change, but is never applied retroactively to completed transactions.

Payment methods: VNPAY (domestic ATM cards, QR, international cards), MoMo wallet, bank transfer via VietQR;
Displayed prices include value-added tax;
Completed top-ups are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CANCELLABLE, except for the system-fault cases in the Refund Policy;
GCent and virtual items are usable only inside GameHub and cannot be converted back into cash;
Electronic invoices are issued on request; enter your invoicing details at the top-up step.

Transaction limits

Each top-up has a minimum and maximum published on the Top-up page. Limits may be adjusted for risk management and regulatory reasons.

4. CUSTOMER DATA SECURITY AND DISCLAIMERS

Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy published on this site. Passwords are one-way hashed and sensitive fields such as citizen ID numbers are encrypted at rest.

GameHub does not store card numbers, CVV codes or payment passwords. Those are handled by the payment gateway under its own security standards.

Disclaimers

Loss caused by the Player disclosing their account, password or OTP;
Transactions made through individuals or intermediaries not officially listed by GameHub;
Faults in the Player’s connection, device or mobile network;
Force majeure as defined in the Civil Code.

GameHub staff will NEVER ask for your password or OTP. Only top up through the official channels listed on this site.
